Betty Croquer
CEO & Founder
Betty croquer is an important journalist and radio host from a family with a culinary tradition. With that passion for food, she studied to be a chef and together with her housband Edgar Gonzales and with the help of her family, she created her own restaurant Betty Croquer in Hatillo, town in Caracas Venezuela; then she created concepts of food and beverages, franchises and restaurants such as Chicha Croquer, Hoyo 10 in the Lagunita Country Club, Toms NFL Bar Sport, Betty Croquer Isles, a Bakery-Restaurant in Key Biscayne, Kitchen Patrol 305, VA Latin Cafe billeting café and her own catering and events company.
Edgar Gonzalez
Vice president & Co-funder
Edgar Gonzalez was a famous insurance broker between 1980 and 1995. Since then he has been the Betty Croquer’s General Vice-president and co-funder & Business Administrator. He is Purchasing Director and supply chain of every location. Edgar is an amazing singer and he loves to make musical shows to the customers, so they give a strong plus to the business.
Karina Barbieri Cróquer
Corporate Affairs, Catering & Events Director
Karina is a lawyer and is therefore in charge of all the corporate and administrative affairs of the company. Additionally, she is the person in charge of catering and corporate and private events in each of the Corporation’s locations.
Francisco Gonzalez Cróquer
Food, Beverage and HR Director
Francisco is known as “Panchito” He is a lawyer and he directs the corporation’s food and beverage operations at every location. Francisco is in charge on the Human Resources Department too and he is the responsible for leading our employee’s team. He has developed business since 90’s.
Luis Francisco Barbieri Cróquer
Financial and Technical Operations Director
Luis Francisco is a computer engineer with a master’s degree in business and finance, he is in charge of the entire financial area of the locations and of the corporation in general, as well as related technical operations.
